The Care system perspective

The purpose of gathering data in the care systems part is to follow the care- and service efforts, the elderly gets, both emergent as well as longterm.SNAC also register various parameters, that is significant for allocating efforts. Gathered data could be used as foundation for planning, resourceallocation and evaluation of care and service for the old.

In addition to this, gathered data should be used in research and development concerning care and service for the old.

Together care- and populations perspective are able to give many answers and a possibility to comparison between old people having support in public financed care and service from the community and those who do not.
